Terms of Service

By creating a Ringlate account or using the apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Ringlate lets you exchange messages, media and calls with other Ringlate users in private chats, groups and channels. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes in the app.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher). You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your devices secure and for everything done through your account. You can end any session and delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Ringlate to send spam, to harass, threaten or defraud others, to distribute malware or content that is illegal where you or the recipient live (including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities), to violate others' intellectual property or privacy, or to interfere with the service or other users. Group and channel owners are responsible for what they allow in them. We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you send. You grant us only the licence needed to store, transmit and display it to the recipients you chose and to operate the service. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
5. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Availability and liability
Ringlate is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for content posted by other users, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using Ringlate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where the law requires it.
